- Gross salary. 1,990 - 2,990 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
What you will do:
- Take ownership of the production of two key reports: the Quarterly Risk Report and the qualitative part of the Pillar 3 report
- Coordinate and consolidate Risk Division contributions for the Group’s Annual and Interim Financial Reports
- Translate complex risk data into clear, structured narratives that support executive-level decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, ESG, and Data functions to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Support your team by stepping in when needed and contributing to various projects and tasks as assigned
What we expect:
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year studies) in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- A good understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and general banking operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Office tools; familiarity with Power BI or other BI platforms is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines in a structured, reliable way
- Analytical thinking — you’re comfortable working with both data and written content
- A proactive and collaborative mindset — someone who’s eager to learn, support others, and grow within a team
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on a Pan-Baltic level
