The Product Owner has overall responsibility for the development and maintenance of products and processes, as well as the provision of support functions to sales advisors, operations, and other Team members. Position assumes good understanding of digital channels area and products` role in customers` life-cycle and ability to ensure deliveries. As this role has a large number of stakeholders and counterparties, excellent cooperation skills are a clear must for the position.
What You Will Do:
- Take the lead in product development, prioritization, and roadmap creation for the Mobile Banking Application by collaborating closely with key stakeholders across the organization
- Research and analyze Luminor’s competitors and the fintech landscape for best practices, driving innovative partnerships to enhance product development
- Initiate new development activities by applying best practices and ensuring that prioritization of initiatives is oriented toward profitable business cases and operational efficiency
- Supervise and prioritize maintenance activities for your designated product, working with a team of IT professionals from the Channels team
- Monitor compliance, risks, and regulations relevant to your product area, ensuring stability and security for end consumers
- Contribute to building competencies and fostering a positive team spirit
- Identify opportunities for business process simplification and evaluate the feasibility of potential technical solutions
- Maintain timely communication with other departments and external companies regarding product-related activities
- Provide necessary support to internal stakeholders related to your areas of responsibility
What We Expect:
- Experience in a similar role of at least 3 years
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of the Bank products, processes, and IT systems
- Relevant experience in working in an agile manner.
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
