Accounts and Deposit team is responsible for the following business areas: deposit products, account products, product packages, customer on-boarding process, and customer off-boarding process. This role will focus on creating, designing and implementing pan-Baltic Accounts and Deposit processes supporting the strategic goals of Luminor Group.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute the respective product area business strategy with stakeholders
- Define and maintain target product portfolio, streamlining the existing product list, as well as participating in setting pricing logic in respective product area
- Identify customer needs, follow market trends and develop ideas for execution
- Be responsible for end-to-end business process design and process efficiency in respective product area
- Own and develop respective area product systems according to created and agreed investment roadmap
- Participate in various IT and business projects according to pre-agreed allocation as subject matter expert
- Share responsibility with country organization and digital banking for customer satisfaction and experience
- Train the frontline employees and build bases for first line of support within sales teams in countries and offering second line of support in respective product area
- Represent Bank regarding respective product area in external organizations, vendor discussions etc.
- Proactively plan, deliver and follow-up of own personal tasks timely and according to the set quality standards, budget and Luminor values
- Proactively participate in the identification and assessment of risks associated with the business activities, including development of risk mitigation measures in the assigned areas of responsibility
- Advise on various regulatory and business development projects: support with alignment, documentation and implementation of changes and interpretation of regulatory requirements to the business
- Monitor compliance with external and internal regulations across Luminor Group by carrying out compliance assurance and integrity reviews and tests
- Collaborate with other units to manage identified process and/or compliance gaps, issues and risks and to implement action plans and recommendations
- Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment
- Take responsibility in professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions

- Perform other tasks relevant to the role given by direct manager and/or functional manager
What We Expect:
- Expertise on trends in accounts, deposits and other Daily Banking product areas
- Fluency in trends related to the digital solutions used in accounts and deposit products area
- Deep knowledge about Baltic Daily Banking market
- Good and up to date understanding of accounts and deposit area related regulations
- Readiness to take and bear ownership and responsibility
- Good negotiation and presentation skills, as well as good understanding of customer needs
- Development focus, ability to translate strategic business thinking into IT language
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
