Leasing Decision Unit handle applications in a timely and professional manner and bring credit matters and customer (both private and mass business) experience to the next level.
What You Will Do:
- Planning & organizing team daily work, including target setting, and reporting. Supporting team members.
- Ensure timely application processing and credit decision making according to Luminor quality standards and risk appetite. Ensure advising and consulting on Credit matters.
- Ensure the quality in service, processes and procedures following and risk management through individual and team activities.
- Identify process efficiency opportunities, initiate the process change, lead the change to desired result.
- Being a role model for employees, including training them and ensuring professional and personal development.
- Leading by example in fostering a culture of customer centricity, consistently demonstrating accountability and setting high standards for service excellence.
- Performing regular quality checks and providing regular feedback to the team, direct manager as well as other counterparts
- Ensuring data quality and inserting data into Banking systems according to existing quality standards, processes and procedures.
- Collaborating with other Team Leads, Unit Managers and Department Managers both locally and in pan-Baltic level.
- Planning, following and keeping the allocated budget and decisions with cost saving mindset.
- Secure a clear line of sight between your team activities and Luminor strategy and goals.
- Promote and execute a risk culture in the team that addresses risk awareness and risk-taking behaviour, ensure training of team on risk management, support the team in risk identification, assessment and mitigation activities, and escalate risk-related issues.
What We Expect:
- Previous managerial experience 1-3 years
- 3-5 years of experience in banking lending or leasing decision making area.
- Budget management skills
- Coaching and people development
- Cross functional and cross border cooperation skills
- Decision making ability
- Product and process knowledge
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
