- Gross salary. 4,010-6,010 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
What you will do:
- Own the full lifecycle of risk models: from data review and cleaning to selecting methods and implementing statistical models in line with internal policies and external regulations
- Build and maintain a risk modeling library with clear standards, robust quality controls, and traceable documentation
- Lead digitalization of credit operations via automatization and optimization to speed up decisions and reduce manual effort
- Continuously monitor and improve model performance and ensure their accuracy and stability
- Introduce and guide the adoption of advanced analytics (AI/ML/NLP) across Risk areas to elevate our modeling platform and processes
- Coach and review work of junior team members; collaborate and delegate effectively and raise the overall performance of team’s technical capabilities
- Collaborate across Risk, Data, IT, and Business teams to turn data into reliable, actionable insights
What we expect:
- Strong hands-on experience building, validating, and maintaining advanced analytics models in a regulated environment
- Excellent proficiency in Python and SQL with a solid grasp of statistical techniques and MLOps-style good practices (versioning, testing, monitoring)
- Experience driving process automation or digitalization within credit/risk domains
- Working knowledge of project methods (Scrum/Agile or Waterfall; Jira) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- High standards for documentation, compliance, and model governance
- Clear communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to simplify complexity for non-technical audiences
- A degree in Economics, Mathematics, Risk Management, Finance, Business, or similar
- Fluent English language is required in spoken and written communication due to working on a Pan-Baltic level
