What will you do:

• Contribute to developing, improving and maintaining compliance methodologies, tools and effective reporting systems and risk assessment solutions
• Conduct regulatory mapping for new and updated pan-Baltic compliance initiatives and ensure timely updates to internal regulations
• Participate in analyzing legal and compliance risk management and help develop related guidelines and evaluations
• Proactively participate in identifying and assessing risks tied to business activities and contribute to mitigation strategies within your area of responsibility
• Manage Compliance Training, including planning and delivering introductory and regulatory training across Group Compliance and Luminor Group
• Collaborate with Stakeholders to address compliance gaps, implement action plans, and ensure high-quality outcomes

What we expect:

• Experience in bank’s legal or compliance function with focus on compliance methodologies and risk assessments
• Higher education, preferably in Law, Business Management or similar field
• Experience working with banking regulations and policy implementation
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal, with a proven track record in stakeholder management
• Ability to present assigned cover area topics to a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
• High ethical standards, a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
