- Gross salary. 2,880 - 4,320EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
What will you do:
- Contribute to developing, improving and maintaining compliance methodologies, tools and effective reporting systems and risk assessment solutions
- Conduct regulatory mapping for new and updated pan-Baltic compliance initiatives and ensure timely updates to internal regulations
- Participate in analyzing legal and compliance risk management and help develop related guidelines and evaluations
- Proactively participate in identifying and assessing risks tied to business activities and contribute to mitigation strategies within your area of responsibility
- Manage Compliance Training, including planning and delivering introductory and regulatory training across Group Compliance and Luminor Group
- Collaborate with Stakeholders to address compliance gaps, implement action plans, and ensure high-quality outcomes
What we expect:
- Experience in bank’s legal or compliance function with focus on compliance methodologies and risk assessments
- Higher education, preferably in Law, Business Management or similar field
- Experience working with banking regulations and policy implementation
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal, with a proven track record in stakeholder management
- Ability to present assigned cover area topics to a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
- High ethical standards, a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
