What You Will Do:

• Perform credit controls from the 2nd line, inter alia including such controls:
  • Pre control by reviewing and challenging of credit monitoring reports prepared by 1st line.
  • Sample based post control of monitoring reports prepared by the 1st line.
• Perform sample-based post controls of correctness of borrower’s classification (e.g., forborn status, NPL status based on unlikeliness to pay criteria, watch-list status, etc).
• Contribute to sample-based controls for correctness and completeness of credit assessment.
• Proactively participate in the identification of the credit customers with indications of increased credit risk.
• Enhance credit risk monitoring process for corporate credit customers to identify and review exposures with higher probability of default based on the customers’ provided financial statements, fulfilment of conditions and other criteria.
• Participate in early warning system/model development and implementation in the credit risk monitoring process.
• Establish and improve controls from 2nd line of defence in credit risk monitoring area.

What We Expect:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit risk management area
• Good understanding of credit products and underlying processes
• Experience in financial analysis of borrower's financial accounts and forecasts
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements in the credit risk area
• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or similar field
• Good knowledge of SQL, Business Intelligence (BI) tools and Excel is considered as advantage
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages
