As a Senior AFC Officer you will get a chance to ensure implementation of regulatory requirements. You will have deep understanding of Luminor Risk appetite framework, AML/CFT standards and lead the development, approval and maintenance of the Group wide AML/CFT/CFP and DAC procedures.
What You Will Do:
- Ensure implementation of regulatory requirements. Have deep knowledge and understanding of Luminor Risk appetite framework, AML/CFT standards and lead the development, approval and maintenance of the Group wide AML/CFT/CFP and DAC procedures inter alia including: procedures on Customer Due Diligence, Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (incl. consultations on defined business relationships with high-risk customers), record-keeping and information sharing within the Group; ensure that procedures and methodologies are reviewed regularly and amended or updated where necessary.
- Initiate and implement the process improvements in AML/CFT/CFT and DAC compliance areas in order to ensure pan-Baltic alignment and process efficiency.
- Implement a Risk-Based Approach by identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and continuously improving risk management strategies through regular controls, training, and communication with stakeholders
- Collaborate and align key principles across the bank, Leasing & Pensions companies.
- Support other AFC Officers by providing second opinion or advise on escalated cases or other AML/CFT/DAC related matters;
- Provide advisory activities on complex AML/CFT/CFP and DAC directives cases upon the request of the Bank Units and employees, ensure good cooperation and information sharing;
- Contribute to the development of AFC related mitigation measures and controls, propose development/change requests for systems and tools
What We Expect:
- Profound awareness of Baltic and European regulatory requirements related to banking and financial services in general
- Strong knowledge and experience of best practices in managing AFC risks associated with the bank business model
- Experience in AFC area at least 3 years
- Good cross-functional and cross border cooperation skills
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
