Join our team as a Product Owner (Retail Business Customers)
At Luminor, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build a new product from the ground up—designed to attract and serve retail business clients, directly contributing to our strategic goal of exponential product growth over the next 2–3 years.
You’ll be part of a newly formed, cross-functional value stream, where you’ll lead the product journey from ideation through launch and beyond. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the product delivers an exceptional customer experience, meets profitability targets, and remains fully compliant throughout its lifecycle.

What You Will Do:
Product Ownership & Development
- Act as an end-to-end product owner and go to person within the Retail Business Customer lending area.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned credit products, including their regulatory requirements, features, pricing, eligibility criteria, and competitive advantages.
- Define and maintain product vision and roadmap for packages features, manage product and related system updates, feature enhancements issue resolution.
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, including conceptualizing new credit products or enhancing existing ones in cooperation with Business Development and other relevant stakeholders.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of credit products, from origination to retirement.
- Align product goals with bank objectives and market trends.
- Monitor KPIs and service levels, and implement improvements where needed.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings and identify opportunities for innovation or differentiation.
- Ensure proper incidents management including mitigation actions implementation.
- Give input to define, analyze, document and further manage requirements during changes and release implementation.
- Identify business process simplification opportunities and assess feasibility of possible technical solutions.
- Manage product information in public and internal spaces, give needed input to marketing and PR content.
Leadership excellence:
- Work in Agile way lead sprint planning sessions, ensuring the delivery team understands priorities and scope, participate in sprint reviews to assess progress and gather feedback.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
- Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm, and commitment.
- Plan, deliver and follow-up according to the set quality standards, budget and Luminor values.
Risk & Compliance Management:
- Ensure product adherence to internal policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Drive regulatory changes in credit-related laws.
What We Expect:
- Proven experience in gathering, reviewing, analyzing and structuring requirements in written form
- Experience in development of products and processes
- Deep knowledge in Retail Business Customer lending products area and Baltic credit market
- Ability to present complex content both to technical and non-technical stakeholders in structured verbal and written form
- Proactivity and leadership
- Communication and problem solving skills
- Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly
- Professional level of skills and knowledge in Atlassian Confluence / JIRA; Business process modelling/MO365 applications
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication.
