The aim of the Unit Manager role is to ensure high-quality customer advisory, foster proactive interactions with customers, and create an outstanding experience for both external and internal customers. The Advisory Unit Manager is responsible for implementing Luminor’s strategy within the team and transform it into actionable outcomes. You will play a key role in developing advisory excellence in the area of consumer lending.
What You Will Do:
- Organize the team’s work to ensure service delivery for private customers in both physical and remote channels and enable handling incoming customer requests within agreed timeframes (SLAs) according to quality standards and regulations
- Create an environment of business growth and lead the team to achieve targets set (KPI, OKR)
- Implement and ensure excellent customer experience within the team, monitor the quality of service, prepare, and implement improvement plans to reach required customer satisfaction level
- In case of lending products, ensure high quality of preparation of loan projects (MEMO). Present applications and customer case for decision-making authority when needed
- Establish great collaboration with main stakeholders in other business units both on local and pan-Baltic level. Represent respective assigned area providing improvement suggestions, participating in corresponding projects and reporting
What We Expect:
- Previous managerial experience within multiple areas that also involves customer service and sales management, preferably in Finance industry (3-5 years)
- Cross functional and cross border cooperation skills
- Performance management, Customer Experience creation and people development competencies
- A strong understanding of consumer lending products is an advantage.
- Fluent Estonian and English are required in spoken and written communication, Russian language is considered beneficial
