We’re looking for a Business Analyst who thrives on turning data into insights and ideas into action.
You’ll play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions in Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) area, helping us make smarter decisions and deliver impactful results.

What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Translate business needs into clear documentation (e.g., user stories, process flows)
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement and automation
- Develop and implement Anti-Financial Crime solutions and tools
- Assist with the testing phase of the project/ development, validation and optimizations of solutions
- Support project teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Conduct data analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align teams and drive outcomes
What We Expect:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in Anti-Financial Crime area (transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, or fraud detection)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

- Gross salary. 2900-4500 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
