What You Will Do: 

•  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Translate business needs into clear documentation (e.g., user stories, process flows)
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement and automation
• Develop and implement Anti-Financial Crime solutions and tools
• Assist with the testing phase of the project/ development, validation and optimizations of solutions
• Support project teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Conduct data analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align teams and drive outcomes

What We Expect: 

•  Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in Anti-Financial Crime area (transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, or fraud detection)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
