What You Will Do:

• Design and develop custom solutions in NAV 2016 and 2013 using C/AL and C/SIDE
  
• Maintain and support existing NAV systems, ensuring performance and reliability
  
• Build integrations with external systems using web services, XMLports, and APIs
  
• Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations and deployments
  
• Optimize system performance and refactor inefficient code
  
• Implement role-based security and ensure compliance with data protection standards
  
• Support data migration and refactor customizations for Business Central upgrades

What We Expect:

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV development (NAV 2016 or 2013 preferred)
  
• Strong proficiency in C/AL, C/SIDE, and core NAV development tools
  
• Experience with building customizations, reports, pages, tables, and codeunits
  
• Hands-on knowledge of integrating NAV with external systems using SOAP/OData, XMLports, and APIs
  
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for NAV applications
  
• Familiarity with SQL Server (T-SQL, indexing, performance tuning)
  
• Understanding of role-based security and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR)
  
• Excellent documentation and version control practices
  
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

Nice to have:

• Experience in Upgrades and Data Migration
• Experience in performing data migrations using RapidStart or custom tools
• Skills in migrating legacy customizations into events/subscribers when feasible, to ensure readiness for upgrades
• Basic knowledge of the AL language and extensions, preparing for future migration to Business Central
