Our Risk Reporting team is growing, and we’re excited to welcome a new colleague to the Core Banking Technology Department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive individual with a passion for risk reporting and a drive to contribute to its ongoing development.
What You Will Do:
- Define procedures and best practices, provide team training, and ensure consistent adherence across all activities
- Collaborate actively in the design of IT architecture and align project designs with established architectural principles
- Analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and design potential technical solutions
- Conduct impact analyses and high-level assessments to evaluate the scope of changes, affected source systems, and dependencies
- Design, develop, and maintain components of the data warehouse and other BI solutions, including ETL processes, databases, and business intelligence tools
- Establish and maintain comprehensive system documentation, ensuring it remains accurate and up to date
- Work closely with business stakeholders and Technology team members to define functional requirements, develop service level agreements (SLAs), and assess potential impacts
What We Expect:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SQL, ETL processes, and BI tools such as Power BI, KNIME, or similar platforms
- Higher education in Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong expertise in risk reporting and/or financial analysis
- Practical experience working with banking products and systems
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including both Waterfall and Agile approaches
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Openness to change and a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement
- Willingness to take ownership and drive initiatives forward independently
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
