As a Senior Operational Risk Officer, you’ll be at the heart of keeping Luminor resilient and forward-looking. You’ll independently oversee risk controls, guide teams through risk assessments and incident response, and help shape our operational risk framework to meet evolving regulatory standards.

How You Will Make an Impact: 

• Make sure risk controls are working as they should and regularly monitor operational risks
• Help carry out risk assessments, respond to incidents, and support business continuity planning
• Give advice on improving risk policies and procedures
• Track and report on operational risks across the organization
• Support reporting to management and regulators
• Oversee how incidents and changes are managed
• Stay up to date with regulations and trends to keep our risk practices sharp
• Contribute to improving and maintaining our overall risk management framework 

What Makes You a Great Fit:  

• Solid experience in operational risk or non-financial risk topics (3+ years)
• Strong understanding of banking operations, risk frameworks, and regulatory environments
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Great communication skills and confidence in advising stakeholders
  A proactive, collaborative approach and readiness to support your team
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
