What You Will Do:

• You will deliver Factoring services to customers with high quality and efficiency in accordance with SLA across functional areas

• You will communicate directly with customers at the transaction level, explain both the credit and operational risks of the transaction, advise if any adjustments are needed

• You will execute tasks according to defined procedures and processes

• You will investigate incidents and errors, resolve emerging issues and non-standard cases within competence level

• You will prepare factoring agreements, appendixes and other applicable documents

• You will represent the functional area in meetings, act as single point of contact, and support continuous improvement projects locally and across the Baltics

• You will have to recognize suspicious or speculative transactions and acts in accordance with internal regulations and procedures

What We Expect: 

• Higher education in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field

• Fluent English and Lithuanian (spoken and written) for Pan-Baltic communication

• Knowledge of Bank products

• Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy

• Teamwork experience

• Ability to comprehend and manage complex tasks
