We are looking for an IT Service Continuity Specialist who will help ensure that essential IT systems and services remain available during incidents and disruptions. In this role, you will assess risks, coordinate the preparation of recovery plans, and work with delivery teams to minimize downtime while strengthening IT Service reliability. It’s a position that combines your technical expertise and problem-solving mindset with our organizational and regulatory standards.
What You Will Do:
Ensure that IT resilience and continuity measures are in place across the whole organization.
Ensure that IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) plans are developed, implemented, and maintained in alignment with business needs.
Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses for IT services to identify critical systems and dependencies.
Ensure that disaster recovery tests and exercises are coordinated and executed in compliance with internal and external standards.
Collaborate with IT teams and business units to integrate continuity strategies into daily operations.
Monitor and report on continuity performance, recommending and implementing improvements where needed.
What We Expect:
Proven experience in IT Service Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or related fields.
Strong understanding of ITIL practices and business continuity frameworks.
Ability to analyse complex systems and identify potential risks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, ISO 22301, DRII) are an advantage.
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication.

Gross salary. 4,010 - 6,010 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies.
