How You Will Make an Impact:
Perform routine assurance activities on information security risks under the guidance of a senior team member.
Review and challenge the 1st Line assessment of the information security risk and challenge the controls implemented by the first line of defense.
Independently review, challenge and oversee the implementation of Luminor’s Information Security Risk management frameworks in the 1st Line, under the guidance of a senior team member.
Independently oversee and challenge the controls implemented by the first line of defense and perform routine monitoring of information security risks.
Support the design and execution of the annual assurance plan related to information security risk.
Support the development and maintenance of the information security risk framework in line with the Group’s Risk Policy, strategy, and risk appetite.
Support the 1st Line in the management of Information Security Risk, in compliance with the Luminor’s risk management frameworks.
Support Information Security Risk Officers develop training for the 1st line.
Deliver tailored training on information security risk to the 1st Line.
Continuously keep updated with the regulatory environment and emerging trends to support information security risk management across the Group.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Relevant experience working with non-financial risk topics, information security risk;
Understanding of risks and control measures as well as risk management principles;
Experience with risk assessment tools and techniques;
Experience in data analysis and visualization.
Understanding of NIST Cyber Security, ISO 27001, DORA Frameworks
Understanding of security technologies and tool.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate information and make recommendations;
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

Gross salary. 2,810-4,210 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
