How You Will Make an Impact:
Own DevOps processes and tooling for customer-facing platforms
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation etc.
Provide production support, lead incidents, and perform root cause analysis
Mentor a junior DevOps engineer and collaborate with Cloud Platform and other stakeholders on standards and best practices
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering with strong CI/CD, automation, and cloud operations skills
Solid problem‑solving abilities in production environments and experience guiding or mentoring engineers
Strong communication and stakeholder management, with comfort working in regulated, reliability‑focused environments
AWS expertise and Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Terragrunt)
IaaS practitioner
Ability to work independently according to internal governance standards
Critical thinking
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
Nice to Have
Experience with Amazon Connect
Kubernetes and observability tooling experience
Background with CRM or Contact Center platforms, Salesforce

Gross salary. 3,510 - 5,610 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
