What You Will Do:

• Assist in the preparation of financial analysis of assigned customer portfolios

• Assist unit team members in preparation of business industries analyses and overviews

• Participate in credit meetings or case discussion to observe how decisions are made

• Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment

• Substitute your team members, where possible

• Perform other tasks relevant to the role given by direct manager and/or functional manager

• Comply with confidentiality rules arising from the employment agreement and other internal regulations of Luminor, which, among other things, extend to all school-related tasks, homework, and projects

What We Expect: 

• Knowledge of the main principles of the accounting

• A higher education degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, or another relevant field

• Understanding the basics of the financial analysis

• General understanding of Corporate Banking activities

• A service‑minded, detail‑oriented attitude, with strong accuracy and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks

• Availability to join our team for a full‑time internship under a hybrid work model

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written
