What You Will Do:
Assist in the preparation of financial analysis of assigned customer portfolios
Assist unit team members in preparation of business industries analyses and overviews
Participate in credit meetings or case discussion to observe how decisions are made
Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment
Substitute your team members, where possible
Perform other tasks relevant to the role given by direct manager and/or functional manager
Comply with confidentiality rules arising from the employment agreement and other internal regulations of Luminor, which, among other things, extend to all school-related tasks, homework, and projects
What We Expect:
Knowledge of the main principles of the accounting
A higher education degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, or another relevant field
Understanding the basics of the financial analysis
General understanding of Corporate Banking activities
A service‑minded, detail‑oriented attitude, with strong accuracy and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Availability to join our team for a full‑time internship under a hybrid work model
Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written
