As a Product Owner, your mission is to help build a digital-first mobile banking application. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of banking products, is open-minded to new ideas, and is comfortable working in a complex enterprise environment. You should be able to navigate ambiguity, break down complex problems, and work effectively within end-to-end cross-functional teams to deliver customer value.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Develop customer-oriented solutions in digital banking, ensuring a strong focus on customer value and experience
Own and drive end-to-end product delivery and customer journey within the mobile/web application
Manage and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals, applying a data-driven approach, and use product metrics to support informed decision-making (including backlog refinement and ensuring clear, actionable requirements for the team)
Drive both discovery and delivery phases (applying Double Diamond methodology, Dual track agile model). Ensure a strong discovery → delivery flow with an incremental approach
Align stakeholders and drive clarity in a complex enterprise environment
Foster and support a collaborative and high-performing team culture
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Experience as a Product Owner in digital products, preferably in banking or fintech
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and LeSS
Strong experience in managing, prioritizing, and refining the product backlog, ensuring clear and actionable requirements for development teams
Hands-on experience with discovery practices such as Customer Journey Mapping, Service Blueprinting, Stakeholder Interviews, and the Double Diamond approach
Experience working with cross-functional teams in enterprise environments
Ability to manage end-to-end product delivery
Experience with estimation, planning, and release forecasting
Understanding of data-driven decision-making and product metrics
Strong analytical thinking and ability to solve complex problems
Open-mindedness and willingness to explore new ideas and approaches
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain a positive team culture
Flexibility to take on features across different domains and contexts
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

Gross salary. 3,100 - 4,700 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
