The Workplace Lead is accountable for the strategic, operational, and financial management of Luminor’s workplace, real estate and facilities portfolio across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, including three headquarters and regional branches. The role ensures safe, sustainable, cost efficient, and employee centric workplaces, aligned with Luminor’s business strategy, ESG commitments, and hybrid working model.
How You Will Make an Impact
Workplace & Facilities Leadership
Lead and develop the facilities team, providing direct supervision and ensuring roles and expectations are clearly defined and aligned with Luminor’s strategic goals and values
Shape and execute the Baltic workplace strategy across HQs and the branch network, ensuring alignment with business needs, hybrid work models, employee experience, and cost objectives
Translate business and people strategies into modern workplace concepts that enable effective collaboration, focus work, and customer engagement
Drive continuous improvement and modernization of facilities services through data, automation, and best‑practice approaches, including space utilization, portfolio optimization, and sustainability/ESG initiatives
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on facilities, real estate, and workplace strategy
Operational Excellence
Own end‑to‑end facilities operations, including vendor management for maintenance, cleaning, security, workplace services, and car fleet management
Ensure compliant and effective Health & Safety and Fire Safety operations across Luminor
Set, monitor, and improve service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and cost transparency across all facilities services
Secure high and consistent service quality across the Baltics while respecting local regulatory needs and operational differences
Oversee accurate data collection and reporting related to ESG, energy consumption, and regulatory requirements in close cooperation with ESG, Finance, and Risk teams
People Leadership
Empower team members to define measurable objectives, prioritize effectively, and deliver on expectations with clarity and accountability
Delegate responsibilities in line with competence and seniority, ensuring team members are equipped and supported to perform successfully
Foster team development through regular feedback, coaching, and prioritization of learning and growth activities
Attract and retain talent by selecting the right people, ensuring smooth onboarding, supporting wellbeing, managing underperformance, and securing succession and development plans
Promote a strong risk‑aware culture by ensuring proper training, supporting risk identification and mitigation, and escalating issues when needed
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Ability to read technical drawings
Knowledge of health & safety regulations
Ability to manage construction and development projects
Ability to write internal procedures in area of expertise
3-5 years experience in facilities management (preferably Baltic-wide responsibility)
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

Gross salary. 4,190 - 5,440 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
