We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance business performance, streamline operations, and strengthen risk management. This role will work closely with Business Operations team to identify opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision support systems.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Design, configure, and develop AI agents that automate operational tasks across business operations workflows
Build agentic systems capable of reasoning, tool usage, workflow orchestration, and human-in-the-loop interaction
Implement end-to-end automation workflows by combining AI agents with enterprise automation platforms (e.g. Microsoft Power Automate)
Integrate AI agents into operational systems via APIs, event-driven workflows, and enterprise connectors
Manage the full lifecycle of AI agents: use-case analysis and solution design, development and configuration, testing and validation, deployment to production, monitoring, optimization, and incident handling
Collaborate closely with business operations teams to translate manual processes into scalable AI-driven automations
Ensure AI agents operate reliably in production, including performance monitoring, error handling, and fallback logic
Implement monitoring for agent behavior, drift, data quality, and operational reliability
Ensure compliance with GDPR, internal governance, and responsible AI requirements
Document agent logic, workflows, integrations, and operational runbooks
Core Responsibilities
AI Agent Development & Orchestration
Develop AI agents using LangGraph or similar agent frameworks
Implement tool-using agents (APIs, databases, document stores, enterprise systems)
Design multi-agent or supervisor-agent patterns where appropriate
Apply guardrails, prompt strategies, memory, and state management
Automation & Workflow Engineering
Build automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including: power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, triggers, connectors), and integration with Power Apps, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and other M365 services
Combine deterministic automation with AI-driven decision-making
Design robust exception handling and human escalation paths
Cloud & Agent Platforms
Deploy and operate agents on agentic AI platforms, preferably: Microsoft AI Foundry / Azure AI services and AWS Bedrock
Integrate with cloud-native services for identity, security, logging, and monitoring
Containerize and deploy agent services where needed (Docker, Kubernetes)
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field
Proven experience delivering automation or AI solutions into production environments
Strong Python engineering skills, especially for backend services and AI integration
Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks (e.g. LangGraph or similar)
Strong experience with Microsoft automation ecosystem, especially:
Power Automate
Microsoft 365 integrations (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Experience integrating LLM-based systems into enterprise workflows
Solid understanding of APIs, event-driven systems, and system integration
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)
Ability to translate operational problems into scalable technical solutions
Strong documentation and communication skills
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
Beneficial Skills
Experience with financial crime prevention, AML, transaction monitoring, or risk operations
Familiarity with agent monitoring and observability
Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps concepts (CI/CD, versioning, prompt lifecycle management)
Experience working in regulated environments with strong governance requirements

Gross salary. 3,380-5,080 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
