As an Investment Product Manager, you will hold overall responsibility for the development, maintenance, and strategic evolution of investment products and related processes. You will also provide critical support to investment sales advisors, operations teams, and other internal stakeholders. Position assumes excellent understanding of investment products and products` role over customers` life cycle. You will contribute to system upgrades, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential to succeed in this position.
What You Will Do:
Act as an end-to-end product owner for Investment products and have full understanding about the processes within the Investment products area.
Define and maintain product vision and roadmap for packages features, manage product and related system updates, feature enhancements issue resolution.
Define needed systems and processes for proper packaging of Investment products.
Align product goals with bank objectives and market trends.
Monitor KPIs and service levels, and implement improvements where needed.
Coordinate with Development, Operations, IT, Customer service, Investment Regulatory Support and Partners teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings and identify opportunities for innovation or differentiation.
Manage incidents, properly document them, ensure that mitigation actions are planned and implemented.
Give input to define, analyze, document and further manage requirements during changes and release implementation.
Identify business process simplification opportunities and assess feasibility of possible technical solutions.
Manage product information in public and internal spaces, give needed input to marketing and PR content
What We Expect:
Strong understanding of investment products, including related advisory frameworks and regulations
Ability to translate business requirements into IT system specifications
Strong interest in finance and technology
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Exceptional communication skills in both English and the local language
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Economics, Business Management, or Finance)
Develop training and enablement materials for internal teams to ensure consistent product understanding
Experience with MS Office tools
Preferred: BFAA certification
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

Gross salary. 2700 - 4100 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
