Corporate Lending product team is responsible for the development and management of Corporate credit products, credit processes, and solutions supporting business growth as well as ensuring compliance. High-quality credit products data and credit process data are both vital for business intelligence, performance, risk management, and regulatory reporting.
You, as Senior Credit Data Owner will keep full responsibility for the quality of credit data in the Corporate lending area, ensure implementation of and compliance with BCBS239, GDPR, and other regulations, establish and maintain accurate documentation for data definitions, lineage and usage, own and control Corporate lending data products, manage data accesses and data risks, lead data quality improvement initiatives and assigned data stewards.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Gather, systematize, and analyze information on data business-use cases, data requirements to develop a deep understanding of the data within your domain, including its sources, definitions, and relationships
Develop and maintain full-cycle data quality activities, i.e., perform/initiate data quality assessments, data quality issue root-cause analysis, data quality improvement projects, data quality monitoring, and reporting
Participate in developing and maintaining logical data models within the defined data domain
Develop, maintain, and improve metadata within the defined data domain, including business data definitions, rules, data life-cycle rules, data dictionary etc.
Implement data management processes, standards, and procedures in your data domain
Participate in different data management initiatives to improve data quality and usability in different data-consuming processes
Participate in IT and business projects within your domain to ensure compliance with data management processes and procedures
Support product owners, business analysts, data analysts, engineers, and data consumers to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of data within your data domain
Continuously raise and follow through the ideas for optimization and improvement of data management solutions and/or processes
Support the development and capability building of the team, including guiding team members on Data Management processes and practices in the company
Promote Data governance principles and practices within your data domain
Act as a mentor for junior data stewards
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking or broader financial services industry, with a strong understanding of banking products, operational processes, and related IT systems
Ability to actively contribute to discussions with Business and IT Architects, including presenting ideas, understanding data structures, data modelling, and tagging, and providing guidance on technical design decisions
Solid knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies, with hands‑on experience working in Agile delivery environments
Practical experience with SQL or similar programming languages is considered an advantage
Experience with data warehousing and data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) is preferred
Strong leadership capabilities and proven stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive alignment across teams
Proven problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail, able to frame issues accurately and drive effective solutions
Excellent planning and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives and making timely decisions
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

Gross salary. 4,000-6,000 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
