As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and managing relationships with our top customers and partners. You will be responsible for overseeing partnerships at the pan-Baltic level, ensuring profitability, and coordinating strategic initiatives that align with our business goals.
What You Will Do:
- Identify potential partners, understand their needs, and achieve sales targets.
- Serve as the General Relationship Manager (GRM) for regional partnerships, responsible for sales across the Baltic countries.
- Lead planning, budgeting, and marketing efforts for both local and regional partnerships.
- Oversee the performance and profitability of partner portfolios, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with top management of key customers and partners.
- Act as the primary negotiator for new partnerships and strategic agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and value chain alignment.
- Lead innovation in partnership development and manage related IT and process development projects.
What We Expect:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, partner management, or business development, preferably in leasing or factoring
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Experience in working with Agriculture market clients is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Valid driver’s license (mandatory)
- Analytical skills and the ability to assess financial and operational performance
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and initiative-taking abilities
- Flexibility, innovation mindset, and openness to change
- Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills in English and Estonian (professional level) as internally we are using English and Estonian is expected for communication with clients
