Advisor is responsible for advisory and excellent customer service, creating outstanding customer experience for private customers by using any communication channel preferred by the customer.

What You Will Do:
- Run advisory meetings (both reactive and proactive) to understand customer needs and provide the most suitable and valuable financial solution and service to customers to fill their needs
- Handle incoming application flow from Retail Banking customers – private individuals by using communication channel preferred by the customer (e.g. video, phone, written, physical meeting, etc.) adhering to data security and customer service standard requirements and according to required SLAs
- Create, maintain, and develop relationships with new and existing customers to generate additional business, ensure excellent customer experience and achieve both individual and team targets, including OKRs
- Perform sales of banking products, according to customers’ needs, to fulfil targets and ensure profitable growth of Retail Banking
- In case of lending products, provide professional analysis of loan, leasing and limit applications (including customer risk assessment) and ensure high quality preparation of loan projects (MEMO). Present applications and customer case for
decision-making authority when needed - When required, provide aftersales support, agreement changes/amendments (of relevant products), in order to ensure profitable growth of Retail Banking.
- Process customer transactions accordingly to all the regulations (KYC, AML, Data Security, Compliance, etc.)
- Maintain, and develop relationships with new and existing real estate partners and developers, when assigned one.
What We Expect:
- Knowledge of financial products and solutions as well as knowledge of the trends in the financial markets
- Proactive sales skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Advisor or in a related advisory role within the financial services industry
- Ability to communicate freely with different types of clients, choosing the most convenient and understandable communication style for them, the ability to cooperate with other units. Prompt and independent finding solutions in non-standard situations
- Knowledge and understanding of the company’s financial basic data / balance sheet indicators and the ability to analyse them.
- The ability to structure loan cases according to the Bank’s loans and risk policies.
- Knowledge of the tax policies for saving and investment solutions offered by the Bank
- Having BFAA certificate would be advantage
- Advanced Estonian and English language skills: fluent in all spoken and written communication.
