What You Will Do:
- Develop & maintain regular weekly & monthly reporting processes using available reporting tools:
· Gather report requirements, analyze necessary data if needed
· Development of data sourcing logic
· Development of visual layer for end users
· Maintain reports for additional requirements & changes in underlying data
· Maintain required mapping tables and logics - Participate in development of new metrics or attributes in Datamart (business requirements, testing)
- Prepare ad hoc data requests
- Propose and implement reporting process improvements to improve efficiency, data quality and end-user experience
- Preparing and maintaining documentation supporting reporting procedures within direct area of responsibility
- Proactively plan, deliver and follow-up of your personal tasks timely and according to the set quality standards, budget and Luminor values
What We Expect:
- Educational background in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or similar field
- Good knowledge of the Bank products, processes and IT system
- Understanding accounting and financial reporting processes
- Prior experience with working with data from warehouse
- Advanced skills to build and maintain reports with MS Excel and Tableau or/and SQL
- Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly
- Good time management and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
