We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive marketing automation, leverage data insights, and enhance SEO strategies to maximize customer engagement and business growth. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience in marketing automation tools, and SEO and data-driven decision-making expertise.

What You Will Do:

• Implement and Optimize Marketing Automation
• Leverage essential Data for Smart Decision Making
• Enhance SEO and Organic growth strategies
• Oversee strategy, planning and execution of Marketing Automation
• Lead media, technology partners as well as work with Marketing teams in the development of media strategies and plans across key products and markets
• Work with the digital analyst to improve marketing automation effectiveness and drive measurable results
• Develop a test and learn roadmap to optimize the marketing automation approach, uncover new insights, and share best practices
• Collaborate seamlessly with key internal stakeholders in other digital channels, Marketing, IT and Business Units
• Organize internal training to coach on Marketing automation
• Create guidance documents and briefs on necessary marketing automation strategies for business units and marketing teams

What We Expect: 

• Educational background in Business management, Computer Science, Digital Marketing or similar field
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing position including marketing automation, SEO and data analytics
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO, PPC, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
• Solid knowledge of Google Analytics
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Up to date understanding of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
•  Fluent English and local language are required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
