Customer Offering & Insights Intern
In this role joining our Customer Offering & Insights Unit, you will be assisting our team members in our products / services pricelist change projects, while also participating in insight mining process, revisiting client communication guidelines as well as other relevant team's tasks.
You will gain main insights on price list and consent management in the bank, insight mining and offering creation for growth managers and also experience how to deal with different stakeholders around the bank. During internship main focus will be on work with consent application clean up and support for price list process maintenance as for insight mining.
We expect you to have interest in the banking area, especially when it comes to banking products / services, having great project management skills, as well as initiative to acquire new skills with high sense of responsibility. Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in Business Management, Marketing or related.
Sourcing and SRM Intern
In this role you will be taking part in sourcing activities according to Luminor values, policies and procedures - including working with Sourcing documentation (e.g agreements, mandatory internal documentation), contributing to the data analysis of different sourcing metrics, updating central register data as well as assisting in management of contracts and Suppliers. Communication with different stakeholders will also be part of your responsibilities.
You will gain practical experience in sourcing and supplier management practices in a large organization, while solidifying your expertise in working with large amounts of data and managing suppliers and stakeholders.
We expect you to have a high-level understanding of Sourcing/Procurement/Supply chain, ability to work with contracts and data. Soft skills required include analytical thinking, communication skills as well as collaboration skills. Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in Business, Procurement, Sourcing or related.
Restructuring & Recovery Intern
By joining our Credit Restructuring & Recovery team, you will work with management of credit loan portfolios, verification of documents, and working with customer data. In addition, you might assist the team with document preparation and distribution.
You will become familiar with the specifics of work in the restructuring and recovery area, practical aspects of financial analysis of companies. In addition, you will become familiar with origins of financial difficulties for borrowers, as well as EU and local regulatory frameworks in the field.
We expect you to have high sense of responsibility, understanding of finance area as well as the ability to take ownership of your own work. Fluent English and Lithuanian are required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in Law or Economics.
Accounts & Cards processing Intern
In this role you will be working on variety of tasks performed daily by our Accounts & Cards processing team, those include customers' account opening/closing, customer data modification, card issuing/acquiring related processes, and request handling too. You will be able to not only participate in the processes' execution but also to suggest improvable areas.
You will gain practical experience working in the real backstage of main banking processes, overseeing and managing some key processes ensuring smooth deliveries for our customers.
We expect you to have interest about banking and working with bank's internal systems and data. Soft skills include good time management skills as well as problem solving and prioritization skills. Fluent English an Lithuanian are required in spoken and written communication. Preferred education in Banking, Economics, Finance or related.
