We are looking for an experienced Credit Manager in leasing business area in the Corporate Credit Products & Performance department which focuses on development of credit products, business processes, systems and tools as well as performance management.
Responsibilities:
- Act as counterparty towards Luminor Risk organization, identify relevant stakeholders and represent Luminor Leasing.
- Advice Luminor Leasing Sales, Partner Support and other units on credit and asset risks.
- Implement, maintain and analyze leasing credit decisions (automated and manual) and propose changes to credit rules.
- Implement and maintain local instructions to be compliant with external regulations affecting credit granting of leasing (e.g. consumer financing, etc.).
- Implement and follow risk management practices according to Luminor policies, contribute to sound risk data in systems.
- Analyze automated credit decisions to identify improvements, propose and implement changes.
- Initiate development of credit processes in front-end system, define changes and coordinate implementation.
- Develop and maintain collateral value curves.
- Evaluate, select and monitor of acceptable sellers and external valuators of leased assets.
- Proactively plan, deliver and follow-up of your personal tasks timely and according to the set quality standards, budget and Luminor values.
Skills and experience:
- 3- 5 years' experience in credit decision making or credit analysis in Leasing or Banking as well as risk modelling
- Knowledge in financial analysis and assessment of credit risks for corporates and household customers
- Understanding of risk modelling and risk grade calculations
- Ability to coordinate and run cross-country/function projects, involving many stakeholders
- Preferable bachelor's degree in finance or economics
- Professional English and local language are required in spoken and written communication.
