As a Third-Party Risk and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for the governance of third-party management processes. This includes overseeing third-party (including outsourcing) arrangements with a focus on due diligence, risk management, and ongoing monitoring to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements – such as the EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing Arrangements and the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). You will ensure alignment with internal policies and standards.
You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, third-party relationship managers, sourcing managers, data analysts, and subject matter experts in operational risk, information security, ICT, compliance, legal, and data management.

What You Will Do:
- Lead end-to-end due diligence and risk assessment process for third-party and outsourcing arrangements
- Maintain oversight and execute controls across the third-party lifecycle (from onboarding to exit) – including materiality assessments, risk management activities (due diligence, risk assessments and risk management) and performance evaluations
- Supervise third-party management activities, identify issues, and monitor remediation efforts
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for third-party risk management activities in sourcing projects
- Support third-party onboarding, contracting, monitoring, business continuity and exit strategy planning and testing activities
- Contribute to the digitization and automation of third-party management processes to improve efficiency and ways of working
- Ensure effective cross-Baltic cooperation within the area of responsibility
What We Expect:
- 3+ years of experience in third party risk management or a related field, preferably in the financial services sector
- Understanding of regulatory environment in third party area
- Experience with third party management tools to support risk management activities
- Experience in conducting due diligence on third parties
- Strong meeting facilitation skills to drive discussions and decisions
- Ability to clearly present findings and progress using visual tools
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
