What You Will Do:
- Perform comprehensive tax risk management in Luminor Group’s Estonian entities
- Provide tax advice to internal stakeholders and Group entities in Estonia
- Control accuracy of taxes assessed and perform due diligence
- Develop and maintain effective and efficient tax processes and controls
- Handle transfer pricing analysis and annual Group’s transfer pricing reporting for Luminor Group's Estonian entities (Master File, Local File) in accordance with local legislative requirements
- Supply direct manager with tax and transfer pricing relevant information and proactively escalate tax and transfer pricing issues
- Monitor local tax and transfer pricing legislation and the developments of OECD and EU tax and transfer pricing regulatory framework
- Represent Luminor in external institutions (Tax authority, Banking association, etc.)
- Effectively cooperate and communicate with various internal teams and external tax advisors
What We Expect:
- 3- 5 years of prior experience in a similar role with focus on financial transactions
- Technical proficiency across transfer pricing, direct and indirect taxes
- Strong knowledge of tax law and international tax environment
- Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in dynamic environment
- Result oriented and self-motivated
- Degree in Finance, Tax Law or similar field
- Fluent Estonian and English are required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
