How You Will Make an Impact:
Build a strong learning culture by partnering with business leaders and collaborating closely with People & Culture professionals and your Leadership & Growth team
Identify training needs and design innovative learning solutions
Lead complex learning projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery
Maintain and optimize content in our Learning Management System, tracking progress effectively
Design and deliver workshops that inspire growth, including newcomers' days
Organize external training programs aligned with development priorities
Use technology and data insights to measure impact and drive continuous improvement
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Master's degree in HR, Learning & Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 2 years in a Learning & Development role, with proven expertise in project leadership and instructional design
Strong facilitation and presentation abilities, including experience designing and delivering workshops (virtual and on-site)
Excellent communication, coaching, and consultation skills with the ability to guide and influence
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Learning Management Systems and modern learning technologies
Skilled in digital collaboration and learning platforms, including MS Office 365 and LMS, with openness to leveraging AI-driven tools for smarter learning solutions
Fluent English and Lithuanian is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
