How You Will Make an Impact:

• Build a strong learning culture by partnering with business leaders and collaborating closely with People & Culture professionals and your Leadership & Growth team

• Identify training needs and design innovative learning solutions

• Lead complex learning projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery

• Maintain and optimize content in our Learning Management System, tracking progress effectively

• Design and deliver workshops that inspire growth, including newcomers' days

• Organize external training programs aligned with development priorities

• Use technology and data insights to measure impact and drive continuous improvement

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Master's degree in HR, Learning & Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

• At least 2 years in a Learning & Development role, with proven expertise in project leadership and instructional design

• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities, including experience designing and delivering workshops (virtual and on-site)

• Excellent communication, coaching, and consultation skills with the ability to guide and influence

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Learning Management Systems and modern learning technologies

• Skilled in digital collaboration and learning platforms, including MS Office 365 and LMS, with openness to leveraging AI-driven tools for smarter learning solutions

• Fluent English and Lithuanian is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
