As an Application Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the bank’s Customer Platform (CRM) and its integrations. Your work will focus on ensuring system quality, stability, security, and performance while troubleshooting issues, testing solutions, and supporting business stakeholders with platform‑related challenges. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering teams, gain deep insight into the bank’s products and processes, and contribute within an Agile, international environment. The role involves working with SQL databases, Linux systems, ITSM tools, and participating in on‑call duties as part of the support team.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Maintain and improve the bank’s Customer Platform (CRM)
Maintain integrations between various platforms and components
Ensure high levels of quality, documentation, security, availability, and performance for supported systems
Participate in technical discussions with engineering teams
Perform testing, troubleshoot software, and fix defects
Assist and guide business stakeholders in Customer Platform–related challenges
Gain expertise in a variety of the bank’s business processes and products
Work as part of an Agile team
Operate in an international environment
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Experience with SQL database technologies; experience with NoSQL databases is an advantage
Experience working in a Linux environment
Familiarity with ITSM platforms and monitoring tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA)
Willingness to participate in on-call duty (overtime pay is provided)
Experience within the customer/business domain is considered an advantage
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

Gross salary. 3000 - 4400 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
