How You Will Make an Impact:
Follow the Bank's intra-day and short-term liquidity requirements in all countries and on aggregated level
Participate in interest rate risk management and related discussions including execution and monitoring development of outstanding positions
Plan, execute and hedge of capital and financial market transactions
Manage bank’s liquidity buffer and regularly provide bond portfolio overview to the stakeholders
Help developing new funding possibilities and IT tools
Manage Cover Pool liquidity buffer
Support Group Accounting, Tax and Regulatory Reporting units in relation to issued capital and financial market instruments as well as other operational topics
Manage intragroup funding agreements and limits established against subsidiaries
Manage bank’s credit exposure towards correspondent banks
Manage Benchmark area related activities and participate in related projects
Manage bank’s short- and long-term funding
Be up to date on general market development, update main stakeholders both via re-occurring presentation materials and on ad-hoc basis
Participate in product and FTP development from FX/liquidity/interest rate risk perspective
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Familiar/Good knowledge of the Bank products, processes and IT systems
Familiar/Good understanding of financial markets and financial instruments
Familiar/Good business process management understandings
Finished or currently studying for a bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Ability to learn and flexibility and Innovative mindset
Thoroughness, accuracy and accountability
Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly
Time planning and Cooperation skills
Familiarity/or advanced experience with IT tools such as Bloomberg/ Flexcube/Platon/ Platon MoneyMarket Module/ Siena /Francina/Everise/FIS Quantum (or eagerness to learn these)
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

Gross salary. 2880 - 3600 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
