Entrepreneurial and visionary professional, who enjoys building out a strong business results and is skilled on sales performance and new business development, also able to retain existing clients and generate income in Cash Management area. Responsible for representing Luminor towards partners, customers, in relevant networks and local communities.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Actively manage the Cash Management sales pipeline, recommend and drive appropriate actions for income realization, you take responsibility for delivering strong business results
Build strong relationships and sales pipeline with corporate customers based on good understanding of Cash Management products, market environment and customer needs
Pro-actively manage assigned clients and corporate desks CM income portfolios
Pro-actively manage dedicated CM products income portfolios
Define business needs, recommend and drive necessary changes or improvements together with business/products development stakeholders
Understand and ensure compliance and KYC requirements when developing new relationships
Identify training needs, share and coach relevant CM product know-how within organization
Actively contribute to the competence building within team to support the further development of the personal and business skills
Drive dedicated products profitability (payments, swift messages, cards, cash transactions, business packages)
What Makes You a Great Fit:
1-2 years’ experience in building strong sales results (new income, new deals, etc.) and in handling customers portfolio
Thorough knowledge of cash management services and products
Understanding of Fintech scenery and trends
Sales skills: uncover customer needs, relate benefits to product/service features, handle objections and close the sale
Products and projects driving skills: ability to drive projects or products towards whole organization
Strong problem solving and relationship building skills
Active sales and presenting skills
University degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance, Banking, I or related
Fluent English and Lithuanian are required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

Gross salary. 2,900 - 3,600 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
Additional note: this is a temporary contract covering a maternity leave.
