As a Wealth Manager, your mission will be building long‑term relationships with High Net Worth individuals, offering professional investment guidance, ensuring an exceptional client experience, and supporting business growth. Role also includes briefing all Private Bankers team about financial markets actualities, consulting other Private Bankers customers in complicated cases as well as represent Private Banking in Customer seminars and events as an expert in investment area. You will fit right in if you are an experienced and client‑oriented Wealth Manager ready to strengthen our Private Banking team.
How You Will Make an Impact:
By building and maintaining relationships with Private Banking Clients
By taking the Investment Coach role for Private Banking segment
By supporting the sales of investment products and client relations in Private Banking:
attracting new clients
consulting the clients on investment, saving and other banking products
providing information to clients about financial instruments and investment services
identifying the needs and demands of clients
handling non standard situations and individual solutions for clients related to banking services
participating in educational and social events for clients
By being ready to occasionally be visible also outside the organization
By consulting Private Banking team on investments and financial market actualities
By complying with internal and external regulations of providing investment and (or) ancillary services
By having continuous professional development, including as required to maintain mandatory licenses
What Makes You a Great Fit:
3+ years professional experience and competences in financial markets
Excellent understanding of Investment services and products
Strong relationship building capabilities towards business areas, partners and suppliers
Excellent communication skills
Result- and customer- orientation
Ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions
Contributing with a high level of energy and positive attitude
High ethical standards, integrity, good reputation and a commitment to best practices
Objectivity and acting independence in mind; avoiding any conflict of interest
Valid BFAA Investment Advisor (IA) license
Higher Education, Preferred specialization: Economics, Business administration
Fluent English and Latvian is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
NB Part of this role is meeting clients on-site in Riga and we'd expect you to be working predominantly from the office but in a hybrid way

Gross salary. 3700-4500 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
