Senior Lending Advisor is responsible for delivering excellent service to new mortgage loan (ML) customers by providing professional consultations, preparing applications for credit decision-making, and managing the end‑to‑end processing of mortgage loan deals.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Customer Consultations & Service Excellence Provide high‑quality consultations to new ML customers, ensuring a smooth, professional, and customer‑centric mortgage lending experience.
Mortgage Loan Preparation & Processing Prepare mortgage loan applications and all necessary documentation for internal decision-making
Ensure accurate and timely processing of mortgage loan deals
Sales of Banking Products Perform needs‑based sales of banking products to achieve individual targets and support the profitable growth of Retail Banking
CRM Management Handle CRM tasks in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high‑quality and compliant CRM data according to established procedures and requirements
Credit Analysis & Decision Support Conduct professional analysis of mortgage loan applications, including detailed customer risk assessment
Cooperate with Real estate partners
Prepare high‑quality loan project memos (MEMO) and present customer cases to decision‑making authorities when required
What Makes You a Great Fit:
At least 3 years of experience in mortgage lending, with strong knowledge of housing loan products, credit risk evaluation, and end‑to‑end mortgage processes
Excellent communication and customer advisory skills
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to manage complex customer cases independently
Proficiency with CRM systems and banking product management.
Good English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
