We are seeking a Financial Data Systems Specialist to join our Risk and Finance Reporting team. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily and monthly processes within our data warehouses and financial reporting systems. You will work hands-on with database maintenance, performance optimization, process workflows, and system monitoring—making sure our end-of-day (EOD) and end-of-month (EOM) activities run reliably and efficiently.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Ensure successful execution of daily and monthly process launches within data
warehouses and financial reporting systems
Manage and maintain the underlying databases supporting our financial reporting solution, including performance optimization of SQL queries.
Design and implement effective database archiving strategies to ensure scalability and long‑term data integrity.
Improve monitoring capabilities for EOD/EOM run processes
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues occurring during EOD/EOM cycles
Collaborate closely with group finance, business analysts, data engineering teams,
and operations to ensure process continuity and system integrity
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Experience working with SQL databases (query optimization, performance tuning,
schema management)
Solid understanding of data processing workflows (preferably financial or enterprise
environments)
Ability to plan and coordinate software releases
Experience with troubleshooting complex system issues
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

Gross salary. 3500 - 5000 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
