Join our team as an Intern in Talent Acquisition Team - 3 months contract on full time basis!
Luminor’s Talent Acquisition Team is searching for a motivated Intern to join our team that would be responsible for the sourcing and hiring of top talent. Additionally you would have the chance to help with employer branding projects.
We’d like you to be a quick learner and a team player that will take responsibility for supporting the team in different areas with a variety of tasks. We are looking for an intern who is ready to join as soon as possible, preferably already in May.

How You Will Make an Impact:
Support full cycle recruitment activities for a dedicated part of the business – including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview arrangement and participating
Take a part in recruitment activities, working to build a long-term talent pipeline, network
Update and maintain regular reports on recruitment project status to internal stakeholders
Build relationships with respective hiring managers helping to successfully run recruitment projects
Assist Talent Acquisition Partners on daily activities
Work as part of a team in the execution of various employer branding activities and People & Culture
Substitute your team members
Perform other tasks relevant to the role given by direct manager and/or functional manager
What Makes You a Great Fit:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Eye on details, analytical thinking, “can-do” attitude
Teamwork, taking responsibility for assuring good co-operation with business and in team
Suitable interpersonal skills: trustworthiness, ability to maintain confidentiality and to manage sensitive information
Be capable of working independently, as well as part of a team
Currently pursuing or have completed studies in Human Resources Management or other relevant fields. Candidates from diverse academic backgrounds are welcome to apply also
Fluent English and Estonian languages is required in spoken and written communication
