Join us for a 3‑month paid part-time internship and step into the dynamic world of modern banking. You’ll contribute to real projects, collaborate with fellow interns across the Baltics, and build practical skills through meaningful, hands‑on work. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Participate in various Leasing Decision projects with support, data collection and analytical functions

• Perform administrative tasks related to leasing applications, other documents

• Communicate directly with Decision Makers regarding the necessary input needed to perform required tasks

• Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment

• Substitute your team members, where possible

• Perform other tasks relevant to the role given by direct manager and/or functional manager

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to organize tasks, manage time, and follow structured processes

• Basic to moderate knowledge of MS Excel

• Comfort working in digital tools and the ability to quickly learn new systems

• High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professional ethics

• Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team

• Fluent Estonian and English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
