Luminor Markets provides best-in-class foreign exchange, capital markets and derivatives dealing services for large and medium size companies in Baltic countries. As a Business Analyst for Markets Products, your mission is to contribute to development and implementation of holistic control and support for the value chain of Markets business area.
This is a temporary contract related to a colleague leaving for maternity leave.
How You Will Make an Impact:
By creating business requirements:
Collaborate with business and IT units to define, analyze, document, and manage requirements throughout the system or business development life-cycle
Take a role of a business analyst/proxy product owner within IT development/project streams
Work closely with the product manager during the analysis process to ensure the quality assurance of deliveries
Through testing and supporting:
Review functional specifications, create and execute test plans
Participate at unit or user acceptance testing activities
Contribute to the implementation of technology solutions during the deployment stage, including testing, identifying additional requirements, and participating in bug fixing
By providing application support within Markets domain
By identifying business process simplification opportunities and assessing feasibility of possible technical solutions
Substitute Product Manager positions
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Demonstrated expertise in banking operations, processes, and IT systems
Good understanding of derivatives trade lifecycle
1+ years of experience in gathering, reviewing, and analyzing business and technical requirements (both functional and non-functional) in IT projects within the financial sector
Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
Clear and well-structured writing
Strong cooperation and communication skills
Ability to work individually and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Higher degree preferably in Finance, Economics, or similar field. IT foundation will be considered as an advantage
Proficiency in SQL and a strong track record of leveraging data for actionable insights with prior exposure to Atlassian Confluence/JIRA
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

Gross salary. 3200-4800 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
This is a temporary contract related to a colleague leaving for maternity leave, but with option to have a permanent position based on results and availability upon contract end date.
