How You Will Make an Impact:
Responsibilities assigned to the Intern shall be appropriate to the nature of an internship and aimed at supporting learning and professional growth.
Support business analysis activities under guidance, including requirements gathering and documentation.
Assist in preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
Participate in meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions to gain understanding of business needs.
Contribute to process analysis and improvement initiatives.
Support testing activities (UAT preparation, defect tracking).
Maintain and update documentation in internal systems (Confluence, Jira).
Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration, demonstrating energy, enthusiasm, and commitment.
Comply with confidentiality requirements arising from the employment agreement and internal regulations of Luminor, including proper handling of all work-related and academic materials.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
Stakeholder management skills (requirements gathering, workshops, interviews).
Requirements documentation: user stories, business requirements, acceptance criteria.
Process modelling and workflow analysis.
Strong interest in technology (APIs and system integrations, data flows and data structures).
Awareness and growing knowledge in fintech and payment industry trends.
Ability to quickly understand regulatory concepts.
Finished or in-progress studies in IT, Engineering, Natural Sciences (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology) considered as advantage
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

Gross salary. 900 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
