As a Specialist in Accounts and Cards Processing Team, your mission is to ensure efficient, accurate, and high-quality execution of daily banking operations while delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers. You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, supporting colleagues, and contributing to continuous process improvements across the organization.
*This is a temporary position until 2027-04-30
How You Will Make an Impact:
Produce defined high-quality services efficiently and according to SLA on one or several products within the functional area, and execute tasks according to defined process descriptions.
Independently execute low- to medium-complexity tasks within the functional area (account product processing, customer data maintenance, document preparation, card products support, and other related tasks).
Solve independently typical cases, daily issues, and low- to mid-complexity tasks, and reply to questions about bank products according to bank rules.
Contribute to the improvement of work processes and customer service quality by proposing changes and suggesting ideas.
Assist other teams in troubleshooting and resolving tasks, contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration, and substitute team members when needed.
Execute other function-related activities according to requests, bank requirements, and the unit's needs, as well as perform other tasks relevant to the role assigned by the direct manager and/or functional manager.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Higher education or pursuing a degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, IT or Management
Basic/Good knowledge of the Bank's products, processes and IT systems, or the ability to learn this knowledge quickly
Thoroughness, accuracy, accountability, and strong analytical thinking, with the ability to make decisions quickly
Initiative to learn new tasks quickly and an innovation mindset
Good work and time planning skills
Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
Fluent Lithuanian is required in spoken and written communication
Basic English skills are required

Gross salary. 1510-2000 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
