As a Senior Product Manager you will contribute to the development of Custody area in Luminor. You will be closely working with sub-custodians' network and as well with Luminor Asset Management companies to whom depository services are provided.
What You Will Do:
Lead end-to-end ownership of Investment products, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Define and maintain product vision and roadmap for packages features, manage product and related system updates, feature enhancements issue resolution.
Define needed systems and processes for proper packaging of Investment products.
Align product goals with bank objectives and market trends.
Coordinate with Development, Operations, IT, Customer service, Investment Regulatory Support and Partners teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings and identify opportunities for innovation or differentiation.
Manage incidents, properly document them, ensure that mitigation actions are planned and implemented.
Own product-related content across internal and external channels, providing strategic input to marketing, PR, and customer communications.
Give needed input to risk assessments, business continuity, contingency plans and other risks and business continuity related processes.
Lead and work collaboratively with stakeholder’s during the analysis process to ensure requirements of deliveries quality assurance.
Work in Agile way lead sprint planning sessions, ensuring the delivery team understands priorities and scope, participate in sprint reviews to assess progress and gather feedback.
What We Expect:
At least 5 years' relevant working experience in a banking sector or other financial institution.
Proven experience in gathering, reviewing, analyzing and structuring requirements in written form.
Proficiency in analyzing market trends, customer needs and sales data to create product development strategies and fact based decision-making.
Ability to demonstrate effective collaboration, communication and management of multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Ability to present complex content both to technical and non-technical stakeholders in structured verbal and written form.
Participating in IT project implementation in the role as product owner.
Proven record of techniques to elicit and define functional and non-functional requirements.
Knowledge of banking business in Baltics countries.
Higher degree in IT, Economics, Mathematics, Business Management or related field.
Fluent English and Lithuanian is required in spoken and written communication.

Gross salary. 3510-5270 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
