As a Regulatory Change Manager within the Cash Management (Payments) Department, you will play a key role in interpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into practical business solutions. By connecting regulatory expectations with product and operational needs, you will help drive compliance, regulatory readiness, and a strong risk culture across Luminor.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Act as a trusted advisor on payments-related regulatory matters for a diverse range of stakeholders across the organization
Lead and coordinate activities required to monitor, manage, and track regulatory initiatives and deliverables throughout Luminor
Identify and oversee payment-related risks, perform risk and control assessments, prepare risk reporting, and contribute to broader risk management processes
Ensure internal policies, procedures, terms and conditions, and risk documentation remain up to date and aligned with regulatory requirements
Support external communications and responses related to payment services, including interactions with regulators, customers, and other external stakeholders
Prepare, analyze, and present reports to management, providing insights on regulatory developments, risks, and implementation progress
Represent Luminor in discussions with regulators and auditors, and coordinate regulatory reviews and audit activities with internal and external partners
What Makes You a Great Fit:
University degree, preferably in Law or a related field
Good understanding of Baltic and European regulatory frameworks governing payment services, including PSD2 and the upcoming Payment Services Regulation (PSR)
At least 3 years of experience in Banking, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Risk Management, or Payments-related roles
Strong command of English and the local language, both written and spoken
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex regulatory topics in a clear and practical way
Ability to work independently while building strong collaborative relationships across the organization
High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to delivering results

Gross salary. 4000 - 5000 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
This is a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. While the position is temporary, Luminor is a large and growing organization with a strong culture of internal mobility, offering employees opportunities to explore long-term career paths across different business areas.
