As a Customer Experience Developer, your mission is to improve customer service and sales processes across different channels, with the aim of creating a consistent, efficient and customer-focused experience across the Baltics
How You Will Make an Impact:
Design, develop and maintain customer service processes, guidelines, training materials and response templates for frontline employees.
Support the implementation of customer experience improvements based on customer feedback, complaints, quality results, mystery shopping insights and business needs.
Use AI tools and modern training technologies to develop engaging, efficient, and scalable learning content
Contribute to the planning, coordination and implementation of local and pan-Baltic customer experience initiatives and projects.
Support the planning and delivery of training activities related to customer service, sales processes and service standards.
Promote a customer-centric service and sales mindset across the organization.
Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring structured planning, timely execution and high-quality delivery.
Work cross-functionally to drive consistency, efficiency and continuous improvement in customer service and sales-related processes.
Identify and support opportunities to improve service quality, operational efficiency and the overall customer experience.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Deep knowledge of retail customer service principles, quality evaluation methods, and common customer pain points
Proven ability to identify improvement opportunities and propose fast, effective, and creative solutions
Strong skills in training facilitation, coaching, and creating individual and team learning activities
Ability to use modern tools, including AI solutions, for training content creation, data analysis, and process improvement
Strong collaboration, creativity, project management, and stakeholder management skills
Proactive approach to self‑development and task ownership
Fluent English and Latvian is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level

Gross salary. 2700-3500 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
