How You Will Make an Impact:
Understand business needs and translate them into clear IT and data requirements
Facilitate meetings/workshops and engage stakeholders across Business, Data, and Technology teams
Investigate processes, analyze data, define transformation rules, mappings, and business logic
Document functional, non-functional and data requirements for system implementation
Ensure data quality and assist in metadata and requirements management
Collaborate with system analysts, data engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions together
Continuously improve processes and suggest optimizations
Clarify requirements with business stakeholders and other teams involving functional / technical lead if needed
Organize requirement discussions if needed and ensure clarity of required information and documentationRaise a question in advance about defining stakeholders and impacted areas – coordinate impact assessment with other areas
Define and maintain requirement templates and delivery artefacts (business requests)
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Minimum 2-3 years in business/data analysis or related roles across the full software development lifecycle
Strong understanding of financial products, processes, and IT systems within the banking or finance sector
Proven ability to elicit, analyze, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements
Skilled in modeling business processes and logical data flows to support system design and decision-making
Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders and translate business needs into technical specifications
Ability to query and analyze data to validate requirements and support insights
Understanding of how data is structured, stored, and used for reporting and analytics. Familiarity with Data Mesh architecture & Data Product concept is a big plus.
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas), Word (documentation), and PowerPoint (presentations).
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools for managing requirements, documentation, and workflows
Ability to see the big picture and understand how changes impact interconnected systems, while supporting the business through transitions and adoption of new solutions.
Proactive approach towards identifying opportunities for improvement and taking ownership to deliver solutions in a fast-changing environment with evolving technologies and priorities.
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level

Gross salary. 4200 - 6200 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
