As a member of the Baltic Communication Group, you will be leading the bank’s public relations projects in Lithuania and on Baltic level, working together with the Communication team and other units to ensure efficient communication and stakeholder engagement.
What Will You Do:
- Together with the Communication team, help ensure Luminor’s visibility and engagement among stakeholders, efficient external communication and strengthen Luminor employer brand in the market
- Participate in planning and implementing PR activities of Luminor in Lithuania (local and pan-Baltic), most notably:
- event planning and management
- planning and implementing Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives
- employer branding
- media relations
- support communication in Luminor social media channels
What We Expect:
- Preferably at least 3 years of professional experience in related fields
- Ability to perform well in international and dynamic teams, experience in transformation
- University degree in Communications, Media, Marketing or similar
- Excellent writing skills
- Project management skills
- Creative thinking and being initiative
- Ability to lead Pan-Baltic projects
- Have good skills in presenting and pursuing your opinion and knowledge
- Fluent English and Lithuanian are required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
