Group Communication is responsible for internal communication and public and media relations in Luminor Group; coordination of corporate social responsibility initiatives within fields of our societal focus; crisis communication planning and management; and support to investor relations.

As a member of Luminor’s Baltic communication team, you will be leading and coordinating the bank’s public and media relations in Lithuania, participating in developing group-level communication strategies, and working together with other teams to ensure efficient communication and cooperation with our stakeholders.

What you will do:

•  Participate in planning the strategic communication of Luminor Group and stakeholder relations
• Strong support to Head of Group Communication in the Group’s corporate communication areas
• Plan and implement PR and external communication of Luminor in Lithuania
• Ensure efficient media relations and Luminor’s visibility in the media
• Plan and implement corporate social responsibility initiatives, cooperate with partners
• Lead and coordinate assigned projects on pan-Baltic level
• Plan and organize PR strategies for strategic business areas of Luminor (Retail, Corporate)
• Consult and support Luminor management and spokespeople in communication and media relations
• Manage change communication connected with Luminor transformation
• Prepare, update and implement crisis communication and related internal regulations and reporting
• Help ensure Luminor’s visibility and reputation among stakeholders and strengthen Luminor employer brand in the market
• Support marketing and customer communication in their activities with relevant expertise and media activities
• Provide media and public speaking trainings to designated spokespeople
• Prepare and carry out necessary procurements; manage vendor relations
• Budgeting and its effective use at the local level
• Representing Luminor in (communication)working groups of sectoral organizations, projects (Ministry of Finance, European Central Bank, Finance or Banking Association, etc.)
• Contribute to team and company performance through effective collaboration and acting with energy, enthusiasm and commitment

What we expect: 

• University degree in Communications, Media, Marketing or similar
• At least 5 years of professional experience, including in PR management/leadership function
• Excellent writing and project management skills
• Ability to perform well in international and dynamic teams, experience in transformation
• Take charge, show initiative and be motivated by new situations
• Be a great team player and ready to lead also pan-Baltic projects
• Creative thinking and being comfortable with the technical side of communication
• Good skills in presenting and pursuing your opinion and knowledge
• Fluent English and Lithuanian are required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
